While all attorneys can practice in the courtroom, not all lawyers are trial attorneys. I am. In law school, I graduated with honors in trial advocacy. I am licensed to practice in all state trial and appellate courts in California as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District and Central District of California. Perhaps most importantly, I have considerable experience in both jury trials and “bench” trials (those where a judge decides the outcome).
